RBI-BC2 freezing drinks Empty RBI-BC2 freezing drinks

Hi all,
My RBI-BC2 (Red Bull baby fridge) is freezing drinks. Is this a thermostat issue or some kind of relay? I am not an expert at all, so any help is appreciated. It's been out of commission for a year and I'd love to fix it. Worked great for a few years. Thanks for your help~
