Where to get a fan? Empty Where to get a fan?

My Rockstar CBC-040 needs a cooling fan, part number RAH123B2.
Any idea where I can find this? I'm hoping that's the only reason that it isn't cooling.
Also, should there just be a flexible hose above the cooling system? Are there drawings or pictures of how the cooling system looks and how the air enters the barrel?
