Red Bull VV-2N not cooling Empty Red Bull VV-2N not cooling

Sorry posted in for sale by mistake.! New in 2003 off EBAy worked great but mostly sat unplugged. Just cleaned up and replaced interior bulb, not cooling all fans working, sounds and feels like compressor working, could it be thermostat when i turn it both directions I am not hearing any click, should you hear anything on thermostat? Put infared gun on again and compressor was 84 degrees,, inside coils 69 degrees. Thanks for any advice.
