Lights Are Only Working On One Side Empty Lights Are Only Working On One Side

I have a Red Bull Fridge with two interior lights on either side of the door. However, only one side is currently working, the right side. I know it is not the lightbulbs because I switched the working one with the non working one, and the left side still did not light. Any ideas what's wrong??

If they are fluorescent bulbs then you probably need a new ballast for the fridge.
