Cooler VV-2N Not Cooling Empty Cooler VV-2N Not Cooling

Bought Brand New in 2003 on Ebay, very little time on frig, finally had time today to replace inner bulb and clean, it's compressor is on and all fans working, not cooling. No signs of leaks or broken tubes. When put infared gun on compressor 82 degrees inside coil 71. Thanks for any help.
